Game fails to launch

What is your game version?
1.13.3-f9

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Campus, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
None

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Windows 10 2004. Game uninstalled and reinstalled. Files verified. No Citrix! Launcher reports 'Launching the game failed'.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Every time.

I will guess you tried running the game directly from cities.exe , which can never work. Please delete that log file then run the game from the PLAY button in Steam.

Assuming it fails still, please attach a new output log here, thanks.
