Game crashing at the startup

What is your game version?
lastest

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Mass Transit

What mods are you using?
i used mods but deleted it because my game crashed when is started it

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When i start the game it crash

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
this happens every time I start the game

If you unsubscribed your workshop, you may have removed a mod that needs to be in the game in order for the game to load at all.

Maybe try to start a new city

Otherwise you may need to provide the output_log.txt for the moderators to examine and figure out what's wrong.

If the game crashes with the "Oops the game crashed..." message, then that mentions a folder, which contains 3 files from the crash. That folder is found where the game is installed. If you have it on Steam, the easiest way to find it is to right-click your game in the Steam library, select Properties, go to the Local Files tab and select Browse local files.

If you do not get that error, the output_log.txt (called player.log on Mac and Linux) is still generated and found in the Cities_Data folder where the game is installed.

Just attach the file(s) in a reply here and we'll take a look.
