game crashes when creating a new city on loading screen 2/3.

What is your game version?
1.15.0-f7

What expansions do you have installed?
Mass Transit, Parklife, Industries, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
i don't use mods

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.


Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Please attach the output_log.txt (called player.log on Mac and Linux) after an attempt to load a new city for us to investigate. The log can be found here:

There's no crash recorded in that log. Does it actually crash, or rather hang or something else?

Hang and after a few seconds the game crashes

I truly don't know what to suggest, there are no clues at all in that log.

Has the game ever worked on this setup, or never yet?

I bought the game 3 days ago and since then I can't run it

Can you add more memory to this machine? It's a little below the requirement of 8gb.

The other issue I see is the Radeon graphics that only has 128mb of Vram, the requirement is 512mb or more.

If you can't address those issues I don't think this game will ever work on this machine, I'm sorry.
