Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I recently purchased Cities Skylines on Steam in the bundle that includes Mass Transit, Industries, and Sunset Harbor. The game was working perfectly fine, and I was enjoying it so much that I decided to purchase the After Dark, Green Cities, and Parklife DLCs. After installing the additional content, my previous city save would not load. The game itself will start, and I selected to load my city, and the load screen started but the game crashed as the load screen finished. I thought perhaps it was a simple compatibility issue of an older save to the new content, so I decided to try to start a new city. However, with a new city, I experienced the same problem. I tried to validate the game files as well as uninstall and install again, but the problem persists.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
I have tried loading the old city and new games, with different map choices, several times.

The log doesn't show a typical memory-related crash, but the addition of more DLCs coinciding with the issue starting sounds like the game is simply running out of memory. Have you set up a custom-sized pagefile? If not, I recommend you try that. Set both min and max size to 32000 MB, restart the computer for it to take effect and see if the game loads. If not, let me know.

Definitely a memory issue:

DynamicHeapAllocator out of memory - Could not get memory for large allocation 1063312

Increasing the page file should fix that.

I will try to change the pagefile now. The interesting thing is that if I disable all DLC and only enable any new DLC I purchased (After Dark, Green Cities, or Parklife), I experience the same problem.

I tried to change the pagefile min/max to 32000 as you suggested, but my computer said that was not possible (I don't remember the exact message), so I halved it to 16000, and it works! I loaded a new game just fine. Thank you

Possibly you don't have enough space on C: for that size, if so you can spread it into other drives (if you have any!) if this were to occur again.
