What expansions do you have installed?
Snowfall, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?
Too much, unable to list all.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I entered the game, made some minor changes, then pressed F1 to save, and the game crashed.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
This issue is not replicable, at least for now.

62734 MB paging file [211 MB free].

You have fewer than 1,000 subscribed items in that output log yet have used up that huge Windows paging file. Either one or some subscribed items are bad or corrupted, or you are running too many other apps at the same time as this game.

Certainly unload any apps you can before starting this game.
