What is your game version?
1.15.0-f7

What expansions do you have installed?


What mods are you using?
A lot of mods and I have 7327 assets

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
A crash report folder named "2022-09-17_162348". Just before starting my game, I put in my launch options "-force-d3d9", then started the game, then I was trying to create a new world using the map "Winterlust - Winter Vanilla Map" https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=782590714&searchtext=winter
Then it crashed my game, my steam also crashed.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

The game has run out of available memory, and Windows has exhausted its swap space. Please:

- expand your Windows paging file maximum size to 64gb
- unsubscribe from any mods and assets you don't actually need or use - they all consume memory all the time, even when not in use in the current city
- exit every other app you can before starting the game.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible
My game won't load, I've tried various saved cities, game crashes before it's fully loaded, I even used the computers task managers and shut down programs to get the game to run. The last attempt I got the game to open for about 10 minutes before the auto save crashed the game. I've updated the old mods for Parks and Promenades, short of getting a faster computer, I'm at wits end, Thank you for your help.

- expand your Windows paging file maximum size to 64gb
- unsubscribe from any mods and assets you don't actually need or use - they all consume memory all the time, even when not in use in the current city. Your 8gb of memory can comfortably hold maybe 500-1,000 assets, depending on size and complexity
- exit every other app you can before starting the game.
