What mods are you using?
Many. I have already gone through the compatibility checker and the audit. most mods that remain are clear and the few that say they aren't I have tested in other saves and worked fine

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
upon loading the save the game it generates a crash report

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

You've ran out of memory on this one. If you can't afford to buy more RAM now, you can unsubscribe from those mods/assets you don't use and/or increase your paging file size to 64GB.

Here's how to increase it:

Do you have Citrix Workspace installed? It might be the cause

As @Lucododosor says, your problem is unrelated, please make your own thread in future.

However your issue is not Citrix but your video driver.

- uninstall that nVidia driver and all other nVidia software
- reboot
- install the latest by fresh download https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
- reboot again
