Describe your issue
Game crash loading a new/saved game

What is your game version?
1.16.0-f3

What expansions do you have installed?

What mods are you using?
None

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When the game load about 80% of the new/saved game the crash happens and a message is displayed. This started happening after vehicles update. Now I can't play the game anymore. I've tried reinstaling the game, compatibility mode and checking the local files.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Yes. Just loading another time.
