Frequent Crashing (Mostly while loading save)

After Dark, Green Cities, Parklife
What mods are you using?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
For the past week or so game crashing is becoming increasingly more frequent. Once a past save does load successfully, the game is now starting to crash after a little while of playing (maybe 30-45min). It started very occasionally, but now is happening almost all the time, to the point where I'm finding myself saving almost every minute in fear of it crashing at a bad time. I tried lowering the graphic settings but that doesn't seem to help. I opened task manager after loading the game once, and it didn't seem to be a memory issue. The error message only read: "The game crashed. The crash report folder named "2020-10-19_094036" next to game executable." So I attached the contents of the most recent folder below.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
