DLC Not showing they have been purchased

What is your game version?
1.16

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?
NIL

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Previously I have used assets from every DLC I have, but for some reason it only says I own industries, park life and map pack 1

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Go back to the Steam Library app page and right click cities Skylines and check that all of your DLC is enabled. It sounds like they inadvertently got disabled.
