What is your game version?
1.13.3-f9

What expansions do you have installed?
Mass Transit, Industries, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
None

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Up until 2 days ago everything was working fine. No it crashes at around 75% when loading a new map. All mods unsubscribed and the game was deleted, redownloaded and the files verified.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Looks like the game is running out of memory. Please set up a custom-sized pagefile of 32000 MB and close any apps you have running in the background.
