Crash while starting city skylines

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After selecting senario from main menu the game starts but then when it shoot start i get an oops message. I have attached the crash file

You've got a lot of d3d11 errors there, that's usually related to graphic cards. Make sure you have updated your Nvidia drivers.

Besides the errors I also spotted this in your crash log, which should not show up there. Please unload this app completely before trying to run the game again as it may be interfering and causing the game to crash.

That's because the video card in use, the NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT, is WAY below the minimum requirement for the game, the Nvidia® GeForce™ GTS 450, and has had no driver update for many years.
