Your error logs says you're using over 50GB of memory. If you aren't using workshop, then you should close all apps while gaming.

"Error occurred at 2022-07-25_213212.
D:\Program Files\Cities Skylines\Cities.exe, run by Asus.
92% memory in use.
16122 MB physical memory [1216 MB free].
34149 MB paging file [3425 MB free]."

I loaded your city without issues. It ran smooth with my 32GB RAM and a few apps open.

I notice your roundabouts on the highways were slowing down traffic with the delays of 6 road connection per roundabout.

You roads were too close to the highways to add on/off ramps.

Your streets were directly connecting to the highways and impeding traffic.

All-in-all your city looks great. Just some small road optimizations that should be easy to iron out.
