Describe your issue
City won't load

What is your game version?
2021.5.2

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
81 Tiles 1.2+, Achieve It, Advanced Stop Selection, Automatic Bulldoze v3.0, Camera Positions, City Vitals, Electric Roads 2.1, Extra Landscaping, Harmony 2.0, Fine Road Anarchy 2.0, Fine Road Tool 2.0, Loading Screen, Measure It, Move It 2.9, Precision Engineering, Prop & Tree Anarchy, Real Time, Realistic Population Revisited 1.4, Roundabout Builder, Shadow Distance Fix, TM:pE 11.5.2 STABLE, Toggle It, Undo It, Unlimited Oil and Ore, Unlimited Soil, Zoning Adjuster 1.1

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
There is one city I started a few days ago that I just can't load. Without the Loading Screen mod, Chirper continues circling round but the loading bar freezes. With the Loading Screen mod, I get the error message in the attached screenshot, then it freezes on what looks like a zoomed-in empty part of the map.

I've tried everything suggested by the support staff, and then some. This includes using the "noWorkshop" and "disableMods" launch commands, and unsubscribing from all identified obsolete and conflicting mods. I've also attached an output report with those launch commands activated. Is it a mod? Corrupted file?

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Sorry, I wasn't accurate enough with the versions of some of the mods: Move It 2.9.2, Fine Road Anarchy 2.0.2, Fine Road Tool 2.0.4, Zoning Adjuster 1.1.1

The launch options -noWorkshop and -disableMods won't help your existing save. It uses 81 tiles, so it's normal that it won't load properly without that mod. Remove the launch options and enable your mods like normal. Add Save Or Saves too and make sure to enable it. Then go into Options, find the Loading Screen Mod on the list on the left, then enable the Safe Mode options to recover from a simulation error.

If that doesn't help, attach another output_log.txt from that attempt.
