I see some mods throwing errors in the log as well as some old mods that aren't recommended to be used anymore. Start by checking your mods against this community list of known broken and incompatible mods.

If that doesn't help, we'll need some more details on what happens and when. Do you get to the main menu? Can you start a new game fine?
