Cities Skylines Windows 10 Crash on Startup

What is your game version?
2021.7.2

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries

What mods are you using?
+ Content Creator pack Art Deco

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Game crashes on launch. Tried disabling all DLC and reinstalling the Paradox launcher but still have the same crash. I do have current Citrix installed due to work but have exited from Citrix when trying to launch the game.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Normal launch in Steam > Launcher > Play > Crash

You almost certainly have the Citrix Workspace problem.

Your computer also has not enough RAM as seen in your error Log:

10116 MB paging file [2084 MB free].

Not really sure if you should play with this computer.
