Catons when playing the game

What is your game version?
1.13.3-f9

What expansions do you have installed?

What mods are you using?
No.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have played the game for more than 100 hours, but these days catons always appear both in the game and PC system when palying it.
1. All mods are closed.
2. I tried to start a new game and the population is small, but it doesn't work.
3. The Autosave is closed.
4. My computer configuration is enough with the game with Intel Core i5-1035G1 CPU, MX350 GPU and 16 GB Memory.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Everytime when I played for several minutes in these days, the catons occur.

Please gather both these two informational files, and attach them here:

...\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities_Data\output_log.txt

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
