Cant't load a game save

1.13.3-f9
What expansions do you have installed?

What mods are you using?
I have DISABLED them and try again.
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I couldn't load a cloud game save when I chose to continue the game in the main menu. The white ring turned around and around and the game couldn't be closed unless with task manager.
I have DISABLED them and try again, but it didn;t work.
With log file attached.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Every time when continuing the game.
