What is your game version?
2023.4.1

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Industries, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?
none

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I having a problem that when I try to start a new game
it will always crash ( when loading the last bar it will close and jump back to desktop )
try everything none-mods , reinstall the game
steam verify files, but still crash.
I also install the new dlc africa , shopping mall , sports venues

sometimes I can get into a new map
but after few minutes it will crash

are there any solution for this?
I will be very grateful

Both error logs show you've run out of available memory. If you can't afford to buy more RAM now, I'd advise you to unsubscribe from those assets you don't really use and also increasing your paging file size to 32GB.
