Cities: Skylines (Steam) - Can't saving my city

Can't saving my city

What is your game version?
1.16.0-f3

What expansions do you have installed?
Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Sunset Harbor

What mods are you using?
Nothing, just custom assets from base game assets

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When we play with a city with NO MODS Installed, just 5 assets changed from base game assets, because my PC was a Low end PC, only a $250 PC.

Then after we finished play and then saving my city, but apparently there was no packaging indicator on right top corner, which means the city has been saved, but it can't be saved.

We also tried to create a new city, BUT STILL, The progress of the city CAN'T BE SAVED, saving settings to Steam Cloud/Local Saving is USELESS.

Still Cant'Be Saved. Please Help Me

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Still unable to save the game, requires Engineer and Developer Team from Paradox Interactive to solving my problem

Same issue there.

I can save the game, i see game is saving on the right top corner but i can't find any save in the loading window or in the list of all my saves.
Saving with "use steam cloud" doesn't work too.

Here is your problem:

UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path "C:\Users\dimit\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\continue_game.json" is denied.

Make sure cities.exe is in all the exceptions lists in your antivirus app.

Great.

I use Avast.
I filled the exceptions (C:\Users\dimit\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines file & D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities.exe app) as described in my screenshot. I use another disk than C for my games.
It sill not working.
Are my exception settings correct?

I don't know Avast at all, I'm sorry, you'd need to check with their support. Basically the game .exe needs to get full Read/Write access to those folders under AppData .

I have temporaly turned off all Avast protections just to try. CS hasnt worked better than before.
So I decidend to uninstall, re-install game & remove all Avast exceptions. It seems to work.
Will see.
