Is there an explanation of the demands system?

In my 3th game i was building a little town and noticed that the demand for commercials aren't increasing. Over the last 7 years the amount of people working in commerce didn't changed, by permanent increasing population. There is still enough space for new commerce and even abandoned buildings, but they don't show any interest. At least the demand for industry is higher than normal so that they can work there.

Education level? Maybe compare the population with industry and see if theres a correlation.

My question, where is this statistics tab?

How can I get my health low enough for the Lazaret Plaza? I got rid of my clinics but it won't go below 54%. I thought about plopping a coal plant right in the middle of all of my residential but I don't want to permanently pollute the land. Any tips?

My question, where is this statistics tab?

1. education: 9% uneducated; 29%educated; 12good educated; 50%high educated. Maybe there is a correlation but this wouldn't explain why the commerce sector didn't changed in the last 7 years. I mean it is the exactly same amount of people working there, no one more or less.

2. The statistic is at esc.

The fast way is to dump your dirty water just before you drinking water. This will make your people sick and fast. Just look out you don't lose the city to people dying/leaving.

That worked. Almost too well. Thank you. I have to say while I adore this game for the most part, I'm really not fond of the wacky unlock conditions for some of these special buildings.

How do i change the color of a metro line. When i click on a metro line than it will try to make a new line. but how can i edit them.. (change color)

Rather than having the metro tools open, have the metro overlay (top left menu) open instead. When you select a line you get the options. Might be other ways but this is what I was doing last night.

How can a get a view of where "resources" are on my map (if any)? I saw a "resource button" on the info tab but it is not unlocked???

If you look at the terrain itself you should notice hints of different colours such as the grass being slightly more yellow.
It is quite subtle though.

Question 2 - How do you delete save games ?

They are in such location: C:\Users\LordDamien\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Saves

Replace LordDamien with your username (C too if your win is not there). AppData is hidden folder, so you can't navigate to it from the previous folder. But once you're there you see Local and the rest.
But basically copypaste that into your windows explorer top bar and you're there.

Can traffic turn across a street? For example, when I have a beginning two lane dead end road, people living on the left side drive all the way down, turn around at the end and then go back up to park at their house. Shouldn't they just be able to turn into their driveway from across the street?
