Game crashes when renaming road (PS4)

I know this forum is for the PC version of the game, but I have looked everyone and found no one with the same problem that I'm having. When I try to rename any street, avenue, highway, or any other road, the game crashes and an error report from the PS4 appears. I can still rename buildings, districts, and other assets, but not roads. When the game crashes and the bug report appears, it shows the code CE-34878-0. I'm not sure if this bug is caused by the game or the PS4, but both are updated to the latest version and I have already reinstalled the game with no success. This does not seem to be a problem of a single save alone, as I have tried to rename roads in different cities with the same result. I don't have any DLCs installed either, just the base game. Thank you to anyone who may be able to solve this problem!
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
The issue can be replicated by attempting to name any road in the city. The game will allow me to select the rename option and type in the desired name, but as soon as I press R2 to confirm the name, the game crashes. This has happened everytime I tried to rename a road.
