Cities Skylines Error

I've been playing this game for months, but the game is closing without any errors. I watched some videos about this error on YouTube but I can't find anything. When I enter Steam, I click Cities Skylines and Paradox Launcher is opening. Then I click the "continue" button and the launcher is closing, the game isn't starting. I also have verified the integrity of the game files on Steam, none of them worked. How can I fix this? I want to play my game

Please gather both these two informational files, and attach them here:

...\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities_Data\output_log.txt

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
