Are all the DLCs listed missing or only Airports? If only some, could you please list the ones that are missing? This will help us investigate the issue further.

Hi,

I have the same problem. All my extensions are missing. I can start the game without them, but when i try to open a save with a city where i used DLC-s it won't load.

Platform: Epic Games
Os: Win 10
DLC-s: Art Deco, Snowfall, After Dark, All That Jazz, Green Cities, European Suburbia, Concerts, Mass Transit, Rock City Radio, Natural Disasters, High-Tech Buildings, Relaxation Station, Train Stations, Bridges & Piers, Sunny Breeze Radio, Rail Hawk Radio, Sunset Harbor, Modern Japan, Coast to Coast Radio, Modern City Center, Downtown Radio, Campus, University City, Deep Focus Radio, Industries, Synthetic Dawn Radio, Parklife, Country Road Radio.

No mods.

Last time i saw the DLC-s in game: 2022.12.08

Thanks for the report! Could you please provide us the output_log file? This would be very useful for us to find out what went wrong.

Hi, just wanted to update you on this - the problem has been fixed.
I don`t know how but probably the launcher has been updated or something else, and all dlcs have come back home.
This is the second time I experience that by the way. And in both cases I had to wait for the launcher update.
