Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After the new update i cant launch the game and im stuck in the paradox launcher. I play on epic games, When i click play i get this error: An error occurred
The game appears to have crashed or terminated
unexpectedly (exit code null). The issue may be solved
by veriMng the integrity of your game files and
deactivating any mods. Ifyou are using Windows, you
may also need to install Visual C++ Redistributable and
.NET Framework.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

I disabled all of my mods

The output log shows some mods are still trying to load.
Also make sure you've updated your videocard drivers, please.

i updated my drivers and its the same issue

Could you try add the mods back in - but this time, the updated versions of each one? The game was updated this week and the mods must be updated along with it, and since you're on Epic Games this is a manual process

i reinstalled all of my mods and its still the same

It seems you're using Transport Lines Manager, which is broken at the moment. Please remove it and replace it for Improved Transport Manager (if possible) and see if the problem remains

But are you able to at least launch the game now? If so, could you try starting a new game and see if it works?

im only able to open the game from the cities skylines folder, the launcher still gives me an error. When I open the game directly and start a city I get this

Yeah, that's a simulation error. Try these steps, please:

• Install the Loading Screen Mod if you haven't already and enable it in Content Manager
• Go to Main Menu > Options and select the Loading Screen Mod in the list on the left
• In the mod's settings, under "General", select all boxes under Safe Mode
• Load the game and, if that works, save it as a new file
• Restart the game, disable the Safe Mode and load the save (the new file) again
