Cities Skylines and Paradox Launcher

Is there any plans to make Cities Skylines available to Paradox Launcher?

Nothing has been announced publicly, no.

I strongly doubt it though, as the game is no doubt much nearer to the end of its lifecycle than the start. If there is to be a CSL 2, perhaps then.

Really? When i install it on Steam and will play, it will open Paradox launcher. when i click there on play, the game crash

That is a different mode for the launcher than the OP was referring to. Your issue is unrelated to their question.

Make a new thread in the support forum here with full problem history, and attach there the game's log file
