The realm rejoices as Paradox Interactive announces the launch of Crusader Kings III, the latest entry in the publisher’s grand strategy role-playing game franchise. Advisors may now jockey for positions of influence and adversaries should save their schemes for another day, because on this day Crusader Kings III can be purchased on Steam, the Paradox Store, and other major online retailers.
That would be great if you could choose what sort of streetlamps where used an prices changed with them!I have a quick question @Co_Karoliina, did you guys finally manage to add tunnels in map editor mode? Last I checked, it was still disabled. :/
Also, with the difference between street lamp lights, is that a randomly generated effect in-game? Or do we get to choose which color based on what type of lamp we pay for? (eg. low efficiency yellow, vs high efficiency LED white)?
Great idea! I'm envisaging it as something along the lines of the building ploppables in SimCity 2013, where there are one or more "sockets" (for want of a better word) in the structure footprint where you can plug in a bus stop, taxi rank or metro station.I only have this question:
Will we be able to create train stations, harbours and airports with taxi stands or even bus stops integrated?
yep, but it looks like trams can't be modded... and terraforming already has been.We need terraforming Official, not through mods...
I think that is the best way for this...

While they're at it, they could improve the controls for terraforming (both in-game and in the map editor). The one thing that would be of immense help would be the ability to level a custom-sized area with razor-sharp edges. So you'd simply set the desired height level, drag out an area with the mouse (like you do with zoning RCI), release the mouse, and voilà! There's your new perfectly level plateau with defined edges, in a mere 15 seconds. Unlike now, when you have to download (or make) a square brush to begin with, and then twist it around (iirc you need a mod for this too) and paint over an area, crossing your fingers that you won't **** up anything and have to start over... -.- EDIT: or you try to do it with the default, round brushes, which is enough to give Cthulhu nightmares! *shivers*I have ever and ever said, it's a no go to bring out a city-builder without ingame terraforming-tool.
Please CO, make this happen. Terraform-tool is a must to have in the base-game and not as mod.
So it's essentially broken and should be patched, not fixed through paid DLC. That's why it was nearly impossible to unlock the achievement for a high-crime rate unless you started a new city and tried your very hardest to make it as shitty as possible. We noticed at some point that crime rate always stayed very low and it was almost impossible to get it to rise
