I don't see how giving authors more advertisement for their stuff is a bad thing. Simply put, I'm sure if asked the staff would be happy to remove any files that people don't want hosted.

However I would like to state that from what I've seen on the boards, here and other places. No one has stated anything about 'copyrights' or 'permission' about their stuff, while yes I understand its common curitsy to abide by unwritten rules and laws. I don't really see how this site is any different then that of say a musem for the english community. To me, labeling a site like this looks bad on you, not only that but to bring an uproar about something like this will cause the community to split, do we really want to do that to a game that has barely been out more then what, 2 weeks thus far?

To me this is just a cry for attention.

The new site is http://citiesinmotion.fr/, and is affiliate board http://citiesinmotion.graphforum.com/
The forum is already in the list, but please note the website first.

The founder of the community is Lemmy1916.

If you talk good french, you can depose a apply for a job. (we are looking for volunteers)

There is a general discussions board, a modding board, and some others boards about the game (or not...).

Hi Guys

Am building a new website for City Builders either as part of a game like Cities in Motion or Real Life, its still a beta site at this stage, as I'm still tiding up the help screens, forum categories, etc.

But you are all welcome to visit or set up an account for when we go live (people are welcome to post or try out the blogging or discussions side of the site)

Site has now gone live and can be found at;

The thread's links need updating, many of the sites listed are no longer active. To my knowledge CiMx is the largest speaking English community yet the thread wasn't even updated a year ago to include it, the domain has also changed from the one posted- http://www.cimexchange.com

Google is your friend, but seeing as this is the official Cities in motion forum i would have expected to have seen an updated fan site list to join all the communities together!
