Okay, so I've got the retail version of Cities in Motion, and it was downloaded via Steam, with the game, it says on the cover "Includes Metro Station DLC" and inside it has a product code for it, so I'd assume it's not already downloaded, it doesn't say I have the DLC on Steam either, where do I put the code? I can't see a menu for it, thanks.

When you're in Steam, in your game library, there you should be a register game button down in the bottom left corner (or it used to be down there anyway). You should be able to enter your product code in their to attach the DLC to your account.
