Bagbuffy I'm sure you can get yours download now since you in Oz and I'm sure steam CiM2 is open worldwide?
Ozwally got his code from gamersgate, did you guys buy from there or direct through steam...cause thats probably the difference.

I think time zones don't matter. It should unlock for everyone at the same time. You have somehow gamed the system.
Erm, how do you see the missing hours in Steam? Anyway, some people are playing as achievements are being unlocked.
