For everybody who might have an access (even temporary) to a Windows machine, just log into Steam on that Windows machine (your Mac copy is also available for Windows), gather the CD key from Steam in Windows by right clicking the game in your library and selecting View CD key, and copy it..
That should work, it's not awesome, but until Steam addresses the issue, there isn't much options :)

Nice hint rcl_damsku. But I don't have windows. Maybe I have to buy Windows 7 license (over 100 euros), just to get one CD key from Steam :)

I have waited 10 days now fix for this problem. I sent my first message about this problem to Steam support 29.5. Maybe I have to wait 10 days more, or maybe 20 days more. Who knows.

I have waited 8 days now answer from Paradox Interactive support (http://paradox.zendesk.com/)... but nothing... Nice support service!! I am gonna use this service more often!! :)

Well, Paradox can't do much if Steam has screwed up.

Yeah I know that Paradox can't fix problems in Steam... but I suppose better customer support! :)

And remember, this forum is maintained by paradox. And my true problem is that I can't read tech support and user mods forums.. :)

You could try using boot camp, then install steam and activate CiM through there.

Or go to your friend's house, log in with your account, get the CD key, and go back home...
