Hi,
Got the Chronicles colection, but when it starts it shows Divine Wind.
Is the other expansions automatic active in this start, or do I have to do something else to use Heir to the Throne?

The Chronicles set is in fact EU3 Complete + HttT + DW. The only difference then is which path one went in buying the expansions.

Thus, the Chronicles set is really the Divine Wind expansion, with most of the mechanics of the earlier expansions.

Or said in another way - when installed I got every expansion active at once :)

Exactly. Paradox expansions (up to now at least) are not "alternatives" to the the base game and each other; they are strictly "upgrades" like large patches.
