Chronicles won't register

I'm playing Chronicles on a Mac and I got the registration code from VP but now when I go to register the page refreshes and it appears that nothing has happened. My profile still says I'm unregistered and I can't post in the MP and Mod forums. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not aware of any general problem in that area. If you are confident you are entering the code properly (ie not confusing 0/O or 1/l/I), and in the right field (ie Chronicles, not EU3 or EU3:Complete) then you need to log a ticket at paradox.zendesk.com .
