I wouldn't mind a restart seeing the state Sweden is in, but that is selfish of me. One question though, Sweden lacks cores for finland, why?

why would they have cores in a land where the language spoke is not even in the same family of swedish?

Also, if mats is not playing, perhaps i could take it?

Beacause they have cores there in later scenarios and Sweden for a long time saw Finland as a integral part of Sweden. It was the eastern half of Sweden for a long long time.

It seems to me that Sweden is in a good state. It lost none of its starting provinces and even managed to get Ingria.

I disagree. I like the variation. And do remember that if France are annexed, all the French minors can form it again. France is not killed so easily.

As for BB, they are not dead yet. Some human or heavy AI help will get Poland and their allies good. Perhaps Austria or even Ottomans, provided that these players feel generous.
Concerning Venice, they did some fast expansion. Those bb wars will soon wear off, once the enemies get vassalized.

Ok, I agree. However a human Poland may be more practical than BB now. In its current state, it can expand effectively in Northern Germany. For Brandenburg, that will be a slow affair.

It seems to me that Sweden is in a good state. It lost none of its starting provinces and even managed to get Ingria.

Sweden needs to get the corridor to Siberia from the start by taking Archangelsk, Karelia and the provinces behind them that are small colonies from the start. Also Sweden is -2 stab and is way over the support limit in a war it is losing. 99 attrition on the navy too. No problem for the AI but as soon as a human takes control this means problem. Not that I couldn't fix it in a year but still. Whatever. No biggie.
