Because I got my response from the editor of that site. We disagreed in some areas, but his remarks were thoughtful and clearly concerned about morality and ethics. We ended our discussion amicably, with greater understanding. When you responded after that, I figured you were also from the site, and providing redundant but further explanations--which was why I answered.
Since you aren't, I can't see any reason to continue our discussion. We aren't in agreement about the basic definitions of Christianity, what makes a Christian, or evangelicalism, and my questions were already answered before we exchanged comments.
