Well, not sure how many people would read an IN AAR at this point, though I suppose it depends on the type of AAR you do. As for country and goals, you are most likely going to quit if you don't want to play that game you're doing an AAR of. So I'd suggest making a list of things you'd like to do and ask what people want to read -- though the best option is just to pick something yourself and then write about it.
