Chirpnado Spawns on Xbox

Hey all,

I am going for the "What The..?" Achievement on Xbox, which is to encounter a special disaster the Chirpnado.

From what I have seen online, it has a 0.4% spawn chance and replaces tornados. My question is can I spawn tornados and one of them will become it, or does it have to be a random event?

You will need to make msure disasters are turned on as well. They take forever to spawn, but not sure manually spawning them will count for an achivement. if you have them, you'll need to turn off the in-game mods and not take a bailout. as they disable achievements.
