What's bad?

That artisans (and as I can see almost all POPs) have their every day needs fulfilled so easily. Looks like Vic2 is somehow "too easy" on POPs, I mean, shouldn't at least artisans slowly ran out of bussines and change their profession with increasing industrialization?

got the game today, and im actually having a lot of trouble with Artisans in China, very little of there life needs are being fulfilled. Ive tried lower taxes and tarifs but cant get them happy, alot of them are forming revolt groups now.
