China vs Japan, your thoughts

Do you ever find yourself building any industry after Japan is kicked out of Manchuria and Korea or after Japan falls? Have you ever built a force of submarines to blockade and starve them of supplies and resources? I remember you researching them in your China Tutorial AAR

I never build IC, I do build Subs however its mostly to harass Japan. I also tend to role play a bit and play Nationalist China as this wannabe world power, so I often research things i may never get or use (Nukes, Rockets, etc...) as that is sort of my vision of how they would behave.
