China Town/little italy - cultural influences

It would be kind of neat to see certain parts of the city start to transform into areas such as a china town/little Italy or a little gentrified trendy paid graffiti artist hipster den etc etc if x amount of population is reached and other factors etc..

Yes It's a good idea, with different cultural building styles for each area, etc...

Hopefully modding community will come up with stylized structures.

I think it has been asked before , but regardless , it is a great idea .

i think it will take the game to next level with all the little sections of a city looking deifferent , rather than monotonous .

I also think it would be relatively easy to do that in game as they have the district system ,, where you can make a district and only allow certain style or group of buildings in that area based on designs or only allowing certain colors or materials in a district.

I sincerely hope that either devs make it as a DLC later or the modders find a way to do it .
