I was hoping maybe someone with more experience with the game files can help me here. So I started as China and did the Forced Loans Focus. The problem is I only can do the decision once. So I looked up the decision in question and what I found is that it have both the fire_only_once = yes and days_re_enable = 90, which seems wrong to me. I am not sure if this works as intended.
