I think that after this first session we should be very short on edits. We were very kind to Naples this session for example. From now one each player must be able to take care of himself. It can not be a habit that the GM saves your ass when you fail to perform well.

Actually, perhaps the most fair thing is if all nations got 4-600d as a gift to become kind of equal with Naples who got permission to edit out two (or was it three?) loans.

Did any other nation get edit assistance from the GM?

I really hope there will be Bohemian player since the AI will probably not pay the 220d it owns the Teutonic Order.

That is why I asked for money instead of inflation reduction for the AAR reward. If it's ok the money could just be added to TO instead of Bohemia and the loan would be cancelled.

I had the impression that Naples was about to loose most of it's provinses to Papal states when we intervened, but i must have gotten that the wrong way, seing what was the outcome of the session. 0% inflation and a very large chuck of land.

Comments please.

If we don't have a player for BOH from start that is an acceptable solution to the TO. The total sum is 219d IIRC.

My impression was that Naples was about to collapse when Oz took over, I think Naples had/was soon going to have a bankruptcy and (almost) no army left. So, to avoid Naples from being rather unplayable, an edit was in order IMHO. The fact that Oz made a good "comeback" does not change the fact of that. However, we must keep such edits at a minimum.

Question is if the edit was a bit too "good". Hard to tell. The sole fact that Oz made a good preformace does not nessecary make the edit to "good". If, for example ( :p ), Oz would not have manage to conquer all those provinces, well - then the edit would have been just in order.

Ok - that's what i thouhgt. Can't blame Ozzeh for being a lucky bastard i guess.

Well since he hasn't posted an AAR, he'll probably miss that reward.

The fact is that Naples got those 600d in loans deleted and it is only fair if the rest of us get a similar reward.

They still got the inflation incurred from the bankruptcy eliminated (I believe that was the case) and was saved from destruction. What happened after that is nothing for us to discuss. Ozzeh made a good job. Good for Naples.

If the edit was a bit too good or not and if other players should be compesated is not a big issue to me. *shrugh*

GM, just make your call. :)

I second that.
Naples was in a horrible condition when Oz took over. He made the best of it but that doesnt unjustify the edits imho.
I don't think other players should get awards or similar edits. The only nation I could think of would perhaps be Bohemia if another player took them over as a perm as he shouldnt have to cope with the mess I did to them. However I wouldnt want any edits myself.

I dont really mind if I dont get any edit, although Naples edit might have been a bit too good.
Although some deflation would be good. :D
