sad to hear that bb got gangbanged and partitioned by poland sweden and austria
didnt look at the save but without troops and very low income it seems like bb is dead...well i had great plans but played only 1 session...so no big investment of time
have fun guys...ill wait for support via icq from friendly nations like russia,france and england...maybe they dont want to see a nation die...then things could change!

A "new" kind of edits have been proposed, and Forzaa and i desided to put them to a vote. In the rules it states "any" kind of edits, but neither of us saw this comming.
Should it be possible, to edits army/navy for cash/land?
Let's take my Venice as an example. At fully navel and plutocracy and queality 10, my Warships cost only around 30, but my Cavalry would probably cost 40+.
Russia on the other hand at Aristocracy 10 and Land 10 can produce Calvalry at the cost of 25, while warships cost 50.
Should Russia be able to buy 100 warship in exchange of say Kaffa and Kerch? Or 4000 ducats for the matter?

Sure! why not? But then the rules should clearly have told ppl that from the beginning...That´s my opinion..
As i said, neither of us saw this comming. The rule have been thee all the time, perhaps if you READ THEM YOU WOULD KNOW !

so venice could fund russia,or poland for example,for build by ourself a own fleet
i spent dp slider for go plutocracy also for this : for have some chances to build some nice fleet despite of cost for cavalry

I don't see it being worse than trading provinces (afterall, I might have been building up my army to conquer province X, and the owner then sells it to someone else) so I see no reason to forbid this.
Well Dago, funding might be the wrong word. Just because a Warship can cost me 30d, does mean that i'm willing to sell it for 30d
