We start april 18, which means on monday.
In our (Forzaa & me) eternal wisdom, we decided that England would be taken last. If we didn't get the players we want, we can let them be AI.

Just to clarify why I think it would be atleast worth a try to play without England.
In the games I have played recently, all England does is trade and colonise, and not bother the continent until she is essentially completely safe on her island. At that point, she can bother whoever she wants, at will.
I hope that, with England not played, we will see a little more dynamics on the continent when people don't always have to look at England for the go ahead etc.

Ok, but if we do find enough players to have ENG played, I want to reserve a right to move there.
Well if this indeed is a chill game, because I don't have much time for anything hardcore. I would like to play England ( or maybe Sweden)*, and you can be sure I will be very aggresive in europe.

Sadly, the forums were down all weekend, so I was unable to check the list pof players, do a "poll" on leadergeneration etc. etc.
I have used the following settings to generate leaders (with Tonio's leader generator)
The maximum difference between Maneuver and Fire or Shock is 3.
The maximum difference between Fire and Shock is 2.
Random leaders will be marked with a "+" and may have monarch rank.
Rank depends on Maneuver, Fire and Shock values.
The leaders will appear over a 20 year period.
Everyone gets at least 1 general, and at most 4, average 3.
Everyone gets at least 0 admirals, and at most 3, average 2.
No Explorers or Conquistadors were generated.
this resulted in the following:
