Devil, could you please take the issue out of the thread and preferably out of forums altogether. Dealing out personal insults that have little to no connection to the game are not really what we want to read here... If you persist, we will report your behaviour to a moderator, which might have nasty consequences to your posting capability.
Somebody said he would be late on monday, but since starting at 19.00 sharp would be a new record (current is 19.10), there shouldn't be a problem.
Of course if somebody is late for sure for some definite amount of time, I don't see point of the rest popping by before that, unless we start without the late one. While coming at 19:00 sharp, assuming everyone is on time and seeing somebody being late can be disheartening, coming at 19:00 sharp and knowing beforehand that somebody is late, seems pointless.
On the other hand we always have connectionproblem when we start, so show up at 19.00. He said he might be between 0 and 30 minutes late, so there is at worst a 33% (unless a new record will be set) that we'll show up on time.

Dago, I will allow myself to be a little more specific than Byak was, to make sure we have no misunderstanding.
What Forzaa referred to above was that if you want to make a transfer of a province in the save the GMs should be informed of this not later than Saturday, 2 days before the next session. Well, since Byak and myself finished the deal yesterday we could not do that and prolly both of us forgot that ICQ-rule so we merely posted it in the thread. Then Forzaa gave us the little reminder and both Byak and myself immediately ICQed Forzaa and told him about the deal, and that was the ICQs I referred to in my post that was quoted by you.

I may DOW when
1. They do or have done something I believe was unjust towards me
2. or, they are the strongest nation in the game (or possibly the area where I dwell)
3. or, they are hyperteching
If you fulfil any of these criteria you fulfil what is a necessary reason for ENG to DOW you. However, to have sufficient reason to DOW you is something that demands even more. You are presently very far from fulfilling even criterion 1, 2 or 3 as I see it. And even if you were not I would hesitate to DOW you and spend money on taking difficult to defend areas in the Baltic.
