Indeed, it is interesting to note that all the Eastern players have some sort of agreed personality: Croatia is the Grannies, Persia is necromancers, Russia is All the Mordors what talks like dis, the Caliphate has a fez, and I'm the game's resident opportunist. Of the western countries, only Denmark has any character, and playing a Scandinavian country gives you a Viking helmet by default. Who can remember anything that France, either of the Germanies, or al-Andalus has done? Not me. Finland is more noticeable, what with the assassins and the backstabbing and what have you.
I do believe Denmark has pulled a few stunts worthy of recognition. As for the rest I think one of the main problems is that the two more prolific writers of the thread concern themselves mostly about the southeastern corner of the world. If the others want character then they should chime in an aar or two of their deeds!
What I find an interesting point though is that neither Al Andalus nor Bavaria seem to have ever heard of this offer judging from what they are demanding.
Well, the exact (confidential
) territorial demands are/were flexible (and also changed somewhat since Saturday) but I am certain that negotiating Bavaria down to the Russian offer is impossible.Which is strange since apart from the varying territorial demands both are essentially the same offer with Russia offering it straight up as an alliance-wide peace and Al-Bavaria offering it to me with an added "and we´ll persuade Russia to WP your allies".
It does not seem like KoM/Foels are intent on peace just yet. So an important question is if Bavaria/Andalus concider themselves fully allied to Russia or simply in a paralell war with Denmark? Certainly I have yet to see Andalusi ships heading for Constantinople, indicating that the commitment there is not against the Black Sea theatre.
There seems to have been some miscommunications between Al-Bavaria and Russia. These should be cleared by now.

- Rome shall transfer its claims on the provinces 796, 817, 479, 480, 483, 756, 757, 778, 780, 773 and 771 to the Fatimid Caliph.
- The Fatimid Caliph shall reciprocally transfer his claims on the provinces 474, 482, 473, 472, 502, 486, 707, 703, 738, 739 and 740 to Rome.
- The Fatimid and Abbasid Caliphs shall, at their mutual convenience, provide similar lists of claims to be transferred.
- These transfers may be done in any way convenient to the signatories, but shall be completed by 1300.
- No signatory shall attack another, or a vassal or ally of another signatory, and if any vassal of a signatory should attack another or their vassal or ally, each signatory shall hasten to make a white peace. In the unfortunate case that this clause should conflict with the Fatimid Caliph's pre-existing treaty with the Sultan of al-Andalus, the earlier treaty shall take precedence.
- Any lands that by inheritance or rebellion should, from time to time, be transferred from one signatory to another, shall be returned at the earliest opportunity.
- No signatory shall send assassins to the realm of another, nor cause third parties to do so.
- In the event of an outside attack on any signatory, the others shall hasten to come to the aid of their partner.
- This treaty shall last until January 1st, 1300, at which time the signatories may renew it at their mutual option for a period of ten years.
- Finally, the parties agree to exchange certain other good and valuable considerations, whose MD5 hash is c4da2eec39f9e24851a38adf1c4e4566.
