I am currently playing as the empress of Eire, I have 5 children my from matrilineal marriage, one of which is male, but not a single one of them is my heir!

Instead, I have a son, who was conceived while my player character was married to another kingdom, as my heir. He is not part of my dynasty.

How do I fix this issue???

If they're in your court, make them commanders, put them in control of armies, put the armies into boats and then wait for them to get scurvy. As long as you don't recall them, the scurvy won't go away so they're very likely to die. If you don't want to wait, use the satanist magic you have and give them some diseases on top of that, but the option to give them diseases is always an option.

Alternatively, send all of your problems to the church. Because you hate god. And yourself.

Since your character is a Catholic, you can easily just force them into taking the holy vows. You could alternatively kill them and bribe the pope to remove kin slayer. (If you want to try other ways, use mutilate until your son finally gets eunuch).

All right, one part has already been answered, but I think something needs to be made clear to you, so you don't end up in that situation again:

Unless you're using the inheritance law where the youngest kid inherits (the name escapes me, utli-something), or some of the other special cases, ERE etc. the oldest legitimate child inherits (normally male, but in some cases it will be females)). It dosn't matter whether they are part of your dynasty or not. As long as they were conceived within a marriage, or is a legitimized bastard, they stand before their younger siblings.

Send him off to church, problem fixed.
