I may have asked this before but don't see it any where or recall getting an answer...

Will 'cheating' be allowed. In CIM 1, you could hack the settings file and turn on cheats, then you press f3 in game and get free money. In non-competitive/cooperative mode will there be an ability to do that? Obviously in multi-player mode it should not be allowed, but sometimes when I play CIM1 I like being able to build a massive subway system and you need a LOT of money for that.

There is a legitimate sandbox mode with unlimited money, you won't need cheats.

^ That's right, no need for hacking. Although I'd expect VAC to be enabled for CiM2 multiplayer.
