Like in eu2 and hoi will there be cheats for us players who want to mess around with stuff?

I think the great thing about a game like EU, for example, is how much flexibility you are allowed as far as scenarios, mods, cheats, editing, etc. are concerned. I like the fact that you can choose how you want to play the game, if you want to play by the rules or with cheats. Personally, I think cheats deprive the game of the challenge, which is the major reason to play, but I don't understand anti-cheating fervor. To each his own.
I would bet that cheats are there. Based entirely on the fact that EU2 and HoI had them so I see no reason for not having them in Vic.
And to all those who say cheating is not right etc.: Youve not played a game in its entirety until youve played with and without cheats.
