It's helping a lot with my Basileus run when Otttomans have constant regents
(Plus I gave my Hungarian ally a PU over Austria)
Oh, by the way, this works in multiplayer too, or at least, the session I hosted and was the sole player in. Have fun trolling your buddies by keeping them at -3 stability / in regency.
Well, it could help. Turn Catholic and PU all of Europe with Ryukyu. It'd work for every country, really.

Boy, some of them will feel hollow now, seeing that anyone can get any achievement relatively easily with this cheat....
I mean, seriously? If this hadn't worked in multiplayer, noone would have listed this as bug.
People will likely say "cheater!" now if you complete a 1.8 wc wich had a few big PU involved.

Not so much, it can make the game way easier but any achievement? I don't think so, but I think that a normal WC (not TTM) would be possible with this cheat. And I think that would be kind of hard a WC because the time frame is too short, but I don't want to try it, I'm kind of tired of these things, all I want now is fun.
Even if they patch it someome will have saved an austrian hre with 10+ pus on its side ready to go (ofc i don't mean Xara since he just showed it and i'm sure has already enough achievements). Next time write a pm to a mod or a dev, you've created a little mess for sure and i don't see the pros in divulgating something like this imho
You can PU and integrate all of Western and Eastern Europe with this, form the HRE to integrate all non-monarchies, and annex the Pope. Ottomans, Muslims have to be destroyed, Nomads vassalized, everything else put under protectorate. It's been 100 years and I've formed the HRE, integrated England, Castile, Muscovy, and France, with Hungary and Portugal in process. It's unquestionably doable.
Amusing to see the effect of the reformation here (and it started quite late, since very few country tags existed to boost reform desire). And there won't be any league, since there isn't any hre anymore. Pretty soon there won't be other Catholic nations left, either, which means perma-curia.

Needs to be hotfixed immediately. It works on the multiplayer session I started, for one thing.
As amusing as this is, it's a serious problem if it works in MP (haven't tested it myself). As for SP, meh--why play IM if you're going to use the console? If it's an achievement you want, it takes all of 20 seconds to unlock it with an AM, and if you're not cheating for the sake of an achievement, why are you playing IM in the first place?

Enter kill and the country tag of your target in the console.
e.g. kill boh = kills the ruler of Bohemia.
However if there's a heir who is still child, you'll get a regency council. You can kill the regency council, but you'll end with another regency and so on. So in these cases, one must always wait until the heir is 15. (There's a kill_heir cheat, but it doesn't work in Ironman).
Open the console (`) and type:
kill
Kills your ruler.
kill TAG
Kills the ruler of that tag. HAB = hapsburg, FRA = france, etc. there's a list on the wiki. If you enter an incorrect one, the kill command will backfire on your own nation, so don't mistype or do an unused 3 letter combo
Doesn't have any effect on a regency, so this has to be exploited on age 15+ rulers without an heir in order to create PU's and change dynasties. So it can take a while for various nations, especially the lucky ones, to get to the point where they can be PU'ed. And they can't be at war or leading other PU's already (Denmark), or it'll only affect the dynasty.
This really irritates me every time I read it. Why do people insist on writing HaPsburg instead of Habsburg? You even had the B in the tag!
